What are some useful tips in cooking?

 Here are my quick and time-efficient cooking tips.

When cooking, peeling and cutting onions really wastes time, that's why I made onion chops like this

The bottle contains chopped onion and garlic soaked in canola oil.

Why do you need canola oil? This is because canola oil does not freeze in the refrigerator and does not change the taste of onions.

Can cooking oil? I don't recommend it because the cooking oil will freeze in the refrigerator, and if left at room temperature it will turn the onions into baceman.

I use an onion chopper when making it, so it doesn't waste time and doesn't bring tears to my eyes because of the spiciness.


I bought this chopper for less than 25 thousand at shoppe. The knife is very sharp so even the chopped onions are nice and thin. No need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy chopping tools (but if I have a budget, I might buy hundreds of thousands so that the tools last for years).
